Inspections are included with S.A.F.E. at no additional cost.

How do I enable inspection forms for my fleet?

Do I have to use the Pre-Trip and the Connection Forms or can I just use one?
When you activate DVIR settings for your fleet, both forms become available to drivers. If you only wish to use one of the forms, that is your choice to decide with your fleet.
Can I customize the forms?
No, the forms are not customizable. Both the DVIR form and the Connection Photos form were designed to follow best practices and produce an efficient form for drivers.
Do you have forms for P&D vehicles?
Currently, the DVIR form is designed exclusively for tractors. A P&D version is coming soon, estimated to release in October 2025.
How much does it cost?
The use of S.A.F.E. Driver and the inspection forms is included in the cost of S.A.F.E.
How do I view inspections inside of S.A.F.E.?
All completed inspections are visible to manager users of S.A.F.E. by navigating to Safety > DVIR in the S.A.F.E. portal.
Defect notification emails can be configured by user from the My Alerts page inside of S.A.F.E.
