Includes dedicated phone number and account manager for the following categories.

  • Roadside issues
  • Accident reporting
  • ELD/VEDR issues
  • Training system assignments and troubleshooting
  • Assistance adding/removing drivers/vehicles and other records inside SAFE

Examples of services not included, but available as an add-on service at an hourly rate:

  • DataQ submissions
  • Custom driver handbook or policy development
  • Software systems setup/migration (ELD, VEDR, DVIR, training, etc)
  • All non-safety related services
