Includes dedicated phone number and account manager for the following categories.
- Roadside issues
- Accident reporting
- ELD/VEDR issues
- Training system assignments and troubleshooting
- Assistance adding/removing drivers/vehicles and other records inside SAFE
Examples of services not included, but available as an add-on service at an hourly rate:
- DataQ submissions
- Custom driver handbook or policy development
- Software systems setup/migration (ELD, VEDR, DVIR, training, etc)
- All non-safety related services
